At Optimus01 we realize the importance of efficient customer service. We know there is nothing more irritating than companies who do not get back to you, companies who cannot answer your questions, and companies who do not offer you assistance or management support.
As a result our clients can be rest assured that our service levels remain one of the best in the industry. We are there for our clients, plain and simple.
Upon commissioning Optimus01 we will provide a comprehensive list of who will be dealing with your account, as well as their contact details. Every client is assigned with an experienced and dedicated team that deals with the account from A-Z.
In the event of a complaint our Managing Director is the best person to deal with and we highly recommend that you contact her directly on 011 463 2040 / 2037 or email her at kims@optimus01.co.za. Kim is fully equipped to deal with any complaints or queries that you may have and she has decision making authority in order to resolve complaints speedily and efficiently.
Please note that our operating hours are on Mondays to Thursdays from 08:30 – 16:30 and on Fridays from 08:30 – 15:30.
