Upon commissioning Optimus01 we will provide a comprehensive list of who will be dealing with your account, as well as their contact details. Every client is assigned with an experienced and dedicated team that deals with the account from A-Z.

Kim is fully equipped to deal with any complaints or queries that you may have and she has decision making authority in order to resolve complaints speedily and efficiently.

Please note that our operating hours are on Mondays to Thursdays from 08:30 – 16:30 and on Fridays from 08:30 – 15:30.
