When we SEO our clients we ensure to follow a strict programme to ensure that all aspects of the client's portfolio are arranged within the required timeframe. Below are the SEO steps that we follow:

Documentation Stage

Prior to the SEO process commencing the following items need to be finalised:

• Completed SEO Booking Form
• Signed SEO Terms and Conditions
• Signed Debit Order Mandate 
• 1^st month installment or upfront payment paid into our bank account
• Web Developer's Contact Details - if you no longer keep in contact please let us know
• Access Details for the website - we can assist you with obtaining this

Month One

• Applications are added to the site such as Google Analytics for report monitoring purposes - this is done by us or the client's web developer during the first week of the month
• Website analysis is done
• Competitor performance analysis is done
• SEO analysis is done
• Reports are submitted to the client based on the website's performance for the month

Remainder of the Contract

• SEO is done in accordance with the client's SEO Package purchased
• Monthly reports are submitted to the client during the 1^st week of every month detailing the previous month's activity
• Regrettably we cannot detail the exact SEO steps we do every month due to our competitors however every client will obtain the detailed SEO Steps upon commencement of their SEO service. However please consult the SEO Packages which details the SEO items that we carry out per SEO Package

Last Month

• A report is submitted to the client detailing the first month of website performance activity verses the last month of website performance activity
• Provided the client signs for a further 6 month contract a report will be issued detailing areas where the client needs to improve their website
