• Should the client not utilize their full hours these are forfeited and are not carried over to the following month

• Website Maintenance does not include additional items such as new modules, applications or components needed - these will be quoted for and only upon receipt of proof of payment will we traffick the requirement

 
Standard Website Maintenance
If a client has a website without a content management system, or chooses not to purchase a website maintenance package then should maintenance be required it will be billed at a rate of R450.00 including vat per hour. This however is not a cost effective solution and the client runs the risk of spending a lot more on maintenance instead of selecting one of the above solutions. We do not advise this solution, though we do still offer it.

Flash Website Maintenance
Regrettably we are unable to offer any packages catered for flash websites due to the nature of flash itself. Should the client require maintenance on a flash website the client need only contact us on 011 463 2040 and we will gladly submit a quotation according to the client’s requirements. Flash website maintenance is charged out at a rate of R 969.00 including vat per hour. Should the client require regular maintenance on their flash website a customized monthly package can be negotiated.
