In order to begin the web design and development process we require the following from our clients.

1. Completed booking form
2. Signed website terms and conditions
3. 50% Deposit or 1^st Instalment paid into our account
4. Proof of payment
5. Company Logo - if you do not have one we can gladly design one for you
6. Website Address - if you need one please give us 10 name options ranked from first to last
7. Company Information:
   1. Company Name
   2. Description of what the company does
   3. Industry the Company operates in
8. Contact Us Information - if applicable:
   1. What information do you want on the contact us form for visitors to complete
   2. Email address of the nominated contact us recipient at the company
   3. Address of the company's location - if applicable
   4. Map of the company's location - if applicable
   5. GPS Coordinates of the company's location - if applicable
9. A list of the Company's Competitors (Top 5)
10. A list of the Company's Products / Services and prices if you want them displayed on the website
11. Images that the Company wishes to display on the website
    1. Please supply these in jpeg or gif format
12. Copy that you want on your website for example:
    1. Home page welcome box
    2. About us
    3. Whatever information you want to give to your clients via your website needs to be supplied to us - we do not provide copy
    4. All copy to be supplied in Microsoft Word Format
13. The names of your primary links i.e. home page, contact us, about us, products etc.
14. The names of your secondary links and under which primary links (mentioned above) these come
15. Design Specifications:
    1. Colour requirements
    2. Design style - for example corporate, modern, edgy etc.
    3. Likes
    4. Dislikes
    5. If you so wish you may simply provide website addresses of websites that you have seen that you like and we can build yours with those in mind
16. Any other information you wish to put forward such as special requests etc.

If this is all too much for you and your head starts pounding once you have read this we will gladly design a website without the above however you will not be able to get away from the content and images that are needed. Those are a necessity.

Once we have all of the above we can commence with designing your website. This is the only effort we need from you for the remainder of the project; thereafter we merely require your approval upon submission.
